At Unleashed, we’ve listened to what you’ve asked for. So when you say you want to increase customer satisfaction, we developed a way to increase your sales efficiency with our new Salesforce Connector.

Unleashed’s Salesforce Connector helps you keep all of your customer information in one place – a record of all of your tasks, interactions, and now product sales inside of Salesforce.

With our Salesforce Connector, you can view your inventory within your Salesforce account, making sure you always have the stock on hand you need to make a sale. You can also create and complete a sales order in Salesforce, and send it to your warehouse automatically with Unleashed. This way you reduce your warehouse processing time, dispatch faster, and keep your customers happy. And we all know that happy customers are repeat customers!

Information sharing between Unleashed and Salesforce means you can improve data accuracy and consistency between departments, helping you reduce costly errors.  Information that is shared via the Connector includes stock levels and allocations, price books, sales orders and order processing.

Unleashed’s Salesforce Connector is now available on Salesforce AppExchange.
